FAQs

What is your dress code?

Island Casual. Some guests like to dress up, others prefer shorts and sandals. We’re on an island, so dress in what’s comfortable for you. Just leave the swim suits for the beach!

I am celebrating a special occasion, is there anything you can do?

Absolutely! We’re happy to bring birthday dessert, arrange for “the private table” (max 4 guests), or a cozy booth and even have flowers awaiting your arrival. Mama’s Flowers is our neighbor and happy to deliver….you can reach them at 305-295-0973. Leave us a note when you book online or call us with any special requests!

Grinnell Street Parking Garage under Prime

We are in a very tucked away location, so if after reading below, you have any further questions, please call us!

Prime is located at 951 Caroline Street in Old Town Key West. We are above Dante’s Pool Bar and Restaurant. There are stairs from the pool level to the upper level on either side of the pool. There is also an elevator on the left side of the pool with access to the upper level. You can also access our entrance to the far left of the West Marine on the corner of Caroline and Grinnell Streets. Take the stairwell and follow the signs around to the plaza. You will find us on the left.

The Conch Harbor Plaza parking garage is conveniently located underneath Prime Steakhouse and is accessible from Grinnell Street. This is a pay lot – the machine is located on the right hand side of the garage when you pull in. Pay, park and walk up the ramp at the rear of the parking lot to Dante’s pool, take the stairs up to Prime. Elevator access is available nearest the handicap spots of the lot. The Conch Harbor Lot is not owned by us. We do not validate parking at this time.

Other pay spaces are available on Caroline Street and in the lot on the corner of Caroline and Margaret Streets.
